Let me start by saying I think the product is extremely solid. As Mike Geary is a qualified nutritionist, it is no wonder that nutrition is heavily featured. This is extremely welcomed, as too many products completely dismiss nutrition. In the book, Mike reveals the exact number of calories it will take you to lose the weight you desire. He has also included a bonus that enables you to tap a few numbers into it to instantly reveal your fat burning calorie needs; this only takes a few seconds! This metabolic rate calculator has all bases covered, so whether you are male or female, young or old it will take all the guesswork out for you!

Mike has deliberately aimed this product at anybody because the process of fat loss is the same for everybody, no matter what their age or gender. In my opinion, I believe a negative regarding this product is the name as it implies that it is solely for people looking to see their abs. However, after reading it I was blown away because it will help anybody no matter where they are on their fat loss process.

This book is definitely a practical book, that will help you stop procrastinating with your weight loss efforts. And, at 150 pages long you will be able to read it extremely quickly. Mike has done a great job at writing and structuring the book in a way that anybody can pick up without any prior knowledge, and also apply the information. This book starts with the foundation, and builds upon it chapter by chapter.

The great thing is that Mike even includes fat burning exercises (with diagrams) to really help you on your way. An area that may need more work is the mindset area; this is so often overlooked yet is the make or break component. To be honest, this is me being extremely picky. The book is great and extremely good value for money if you are willing to read AND apply the information.

This book requires you to invest a small amount of your money, time and effort to reap the rewards. The investment is two fold; First it will cost you a small financial investment which I highly recommend you do before the price goes up.
